Barista / General Assistant

35 hours per week - Monday to Saturday
£15.32 per hour

We are looking for a Barista who has more than a passion for great coffee, you need to literally have it running through your veins! You should be motivated by teamwork and willing to help others. With no day being the same, you must be adaptable and positive to deliver specialty coffee whilst maintaining high standards.
It goes without saying that you must know how to collaborate a grinder and have worked on traditional machines previously. Latte art although not essential is a big plus
Our Barista's are the face of our business, your friendly approach and willingness to provide a fantastic service at all times is what makes you an integral part of our team.

What would we like from our Barista?
- Customer Service experience
- Barista experience
- Knowledge of Traditional Machines
- Strong communication skills
- Numerate, counting cash will be required
- Good organisation skills
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
