Job Role: Chef Manager

Salary: £32,000 for 37.5 Hour Contract

We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager for a lovely location in Dundee working for a national caterer. This is a 37.5 Hour contract which is Monday to Friday with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm
The Chef Manager will cook for around 50 for breakfast and 20-30 for lunch and be supported by 2 Catering Assistants. You will be able to have menu input to create weekly menu's for customers on site.
The kitchen is fully equipped to help you produce healthy fresh food every day and you will build strong relationships with customers on site. The Chef Manager will need experience of the back of house functions as well so good experience with H&S, GP, managing small teams.
The hot offer will be a hot meat option and vegetarian / vegan option and then side dishes. Other food prepared may include - pies, pasta and salads. At present sandwiches are brought in but this could be taken in house if the Chef Manager is able to take this on as well.
There is parking on site if needed as well and this role is available immediately.
