Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Excellent Benefits (DOE)
  
An opportunity has arise for a strategic and commercially astute Account General Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-outlet corporate catering site in the heart of London. This role sits within a respected, nationally renowned contract catering business that is known for delivering innovative, food-led solutions across the B&I sector.
  
Our client has stressed the need for only established senior operators with proven experience of multi-site, multi-client operations and from Contract catering B & I, so the right individual would need to have this sector in their repertoire.
  
The Role:
With a team of over 35, including Heads of Department, you’ll lead all food and hospitality operations while fostering a collaborative, commercially focused client partnership. The role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence, all within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  
Situated at the headquarters of a leading firm, the site serves over 2,500 employees daily and operates across multiple service lines including staff dining restaurant, grab & go outlet, high-volume hospitality suite spanning multiple floors, event & conference space including an auditorium and vending.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own full P&L accountability for a £3m+ turnover site.
  • Inspire, guide and support a team delivering excellence across F&B operations.
  • Build & maintain a trusted, strategic relationship with a forward-thinking client.
  • Drive continuous innovation across food, service standards and technology.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and strategic project delivery.
  
About You:
  • A senior operator with experience in contract catering (B&I) in a similar scale operations.
  • Commercially acumen with a history of driving financial performance.
  • Confident managing contracts & navigating client expectations in a number-driven, professional services environment.
  • Culturally astute with the ability to build & energise teams, develop talent, and implement high standards.
  • A polished, articulate and collaborative leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about modern food trends, innovation, and service excellence.
