We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established front of house team  as a Catering Supervisor in a top ranked independent school in Bedford. You will oversee a team of 8 / 10 and you will be responsible for ensuring that the pupils have a positive dining experience.

Set in a beautiful setting the school has a rich heritage. The school prides its self in making sure that the pupils receive the best menus and dining experience

This role is 5 of 7 days. Some weekends and evenings will be required.

Preferred Requirements For The Catering Supervisor: 

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a front-of-house or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in managing and coordinating catering operations
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences

Preferred Qualifications For The Catering Supervisor: 

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Experience in a supervisory role within a school or educational setting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
