Job Role: Chef Manager

This Chef Manager will cater for up to 70 students and staff at this prestigious higher education site in central London. You will serve a continental and healthy breakfast, a buffet lunch and then a supper service in the evening.
The Chef Manager will lead 2 CDP's who cover the breakfast and supper service and also a KP. This is a 5/7 day operation so you will be required to work roughly 1 in 3 weekends rotating with other Chefs and then every 6 weeks you will get another weekend off.
Once the Chef Manager is up and running you will work roughly 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm and manage the whole Kitchen process. You will have the support of a strong GM who covers other sites as well
This is a lovely little site for a Chef Manager to take on in a prestigious location. You will meet students every few weeks to discuss the menu and food offer, the client is also very supportive and happy to provide equipment as needed for the Chef to be able to fully complete their work.
