Job Role: Chef de Partie- Night Shifts

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work the night shift in this newly created position based in West London. This role has the working pattern of Sunday to Thursday with hours being 10pm to 6.30am - PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS!
The Chef de Partie will work with another CDP and under a Sous Chef each night to assist with the prep for the next days business. This is mainly for the grab and go section and Deli Bar but also other tasks will be required.
The Night Chef de Partie should have experience of working in small teams before and have some night working experience as you will work through the night Sunday to Thursday and be off Fri and Sat every week,
The chef will need good organisation skills to ensure all food is prepped ready for the day team for service. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to coordinate and plan for each nights prep lists and what is required for the next day,
