Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the go-to person between clients, Front of House, and catering teams.
- Managing room bookings and coordinating schedules seamlessly.
- Anticipating and exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced environment every time.
- Manage the day to day running of the Hospitality operations.
- Ensuring every detail of service delivery is executed flawlessly.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and create a "home away from home" experience for senior directors.
- Bring idea and innovation to the Hospitality, as well as raising the standard of service
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role within high-end contract catering & corporate environment.
- Strong organisational & time management skills—you can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
- The ability to liaise effectively with clients, managers and senior stakeholders.
- A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and a "can-do attitude".
- An outgoing & confident personality, fostering team spirit and a supportive work culture.
- A good understanding of the hospitality industry trends, with a proactive approach to innovation and client satisfaction.
