We’re hiring for a Hospitality Supervisor / Team Leader to join a global private equity firm based in the heart of the City of London.

As the Hospitality Supervisor / Team Leader, you’ll oversee a small team of three, delivering exceptional service across a busy hospitality suite comprising 15 meeting rooms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs & requirements are met with precision & care and every detail is handled with precision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the go-to person between clients, Front of House, and catering teams.
  • Managing room bookings and coordinating schedules seamlessly.
  • Anticipating and exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced environment every time.
  • Manage the day to day running of the Hospitality operations.
  • Ensuring every detail of service delivery is executed flawlessly.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and create a "home away from home" experience for senior directors.
  • Bring idea and innovation to the Hospitality, as well as raising the standard of service

  • Proven experience in a similar role within high-end contract catering  & corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational & time management skills—you can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • The ability to liaise effectively with clients, managers and senior  stakeholders.
  • A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and a "can-do attitude".
  • An outgoing & confident personality, fostering team spirit and a supportive work culture.
  • A good understanding of the hospitality industry trends, with a proactive approach to innovation and client satisfaction.
