We are supporting a market-leading contract caterer in the search for an experienced and confident Hospitality & Event Manager to lead the hospitality operations at one of their flagship contracts—home to a international finance organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality & Event Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day hospitality operations.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star hospitality, fine dining, and corporate event services across three busy floors, supporting a professional community of 2,500 employees. Managing a team of 15, you will ensure every detail meets the highest standards of service, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across hospitality, fine dining, and corporate events.
- Deliver a consistently high-end service experience in all client-facing areas.
- Manage & mentor a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring service excellence.
- Oversee all event planning and delivery, from PDRs to large-scale corporate functions.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with senior clients.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
- Proven experience in high-end B&I contract catering in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of fine dining and corporate events operations
- A polished and client-centric approach with excellent communication skills
- Calm, resilient, and highly organised under pressure and with great leadership skills
- Passionate about hospitality, with an eye for detail and a desire to exceed expectations
