Job Role: Chef de Partie - Salad Section
Location: Central London
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary: £32,500 + Overtime at 1.5X after 40 hours

A great opportunity for a Chef de Partiie to join this great team based at a site in the Central London. This is working predominantly on the salad section and help out with mains as required and be flexible to support other areas of the kitchen.
You will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm with a starting salary of £32,500 based on a 40 hour contract, overtime is available and paid at 1.5X
This role will involve daily preparation of 6 salad options and prepare around 15-20 portions of each on a weekly changing menu, you will have control of menu design and all the ordering for your section as well. Lots of healthy balanced salads are popular here and you will use the freshest and best ingredients available.
Currently they have a well staffed team in the kitchen with an Exec Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef and other CDP and Commis Chef and KP.s. The kitchen caters for around 500 daily.
This is a lovely location as the space is very bright and airy and has direct views into Central London from the kitchen with lots if natural light.
The Chef de Partie will need a solid career history ideally within Contract Catering and be able to work in busy environments. We are ideally looking for a Chef who has previous experience on the Salad Section or worked in an Ottolenghi style operation with a keen interest in healthy and nutritious salads.
