Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.
- Assist with ticketing, admissions, and visitor enquiries.
- Offer information and guidance about the attraction, facilities, and events.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
