Job Role: Head Chef - Small Operation

Salary: £37,000 - £38,000

We are working with a lovely caterer at a site based in Chorleywood. This is a café / restaurant operation catering for up to 40 covers. The kitchen is open 7 days per week for breakfast and lunch. This will be a 40 hour contract working 5/7 days with roughly 1 in 3 weekends needed. You will generally work 8am to 4pm
Leading a kitchen team of 3 and working closely with front of house we are looking for a Head Chef who is experienced in nurturing and developing teams and who is passionate about customer care in a small local setting
Menu's are very traditional café style with the head chef developing the core menu and then coming up with specials on a daily/weekly basis. All the food is prepared freshly on site every day.
The location is around a 15 minute walk form the station or there is parking available on site as well. For this role we will be able to consider existing head chefs or a Sous Chef looking or their 1st Head Chef position,
