Monday to Thursday / 32 hours per week
£23,385.60 per year - £14.00 p/h

We are seeking a professional, experienced Hospitality Assistant to work within the VIP Hospitality and Events operations at a prestigious corporate site in the City.

Hospitality Assistant vacancy has arisen with the offer to work within the catering team if a prestigious corporate site in the City. The Hospitality Assistant will be working in the hospitality suite which consists of meeting and conference rooms which vary in size and can offer everything from a simple tea and coffee tray to sandwich/finger buffets and fine dining.

This is a small but complex operation with the board expecting excellence to be delivered in every guest interaction. This is a very operational role where you will be hands-on liaising with the clients regarding requirements and executing delivery along with a growing team.

The Hospitality Assistant will also be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and replenishment of the free issue pantries and preparing, setting and delivering trolley services to the meeting rooms. 

The successful Hospitality Assistant  must be able to think on their feet and action the booking requirements, liaising with the senior managers within the organisation. You will be expected to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.
