Job description

Human Resources Business Partner - Hospitality and Catering

My client, a national hospitality business operating in the upper echelons of the food and beverage sector are looking to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner to support a large segment of their corporate client base covering London and the South East but with some national travel.

With an unwavering commitment to delivering seasonal, sustainable, stylish and quality focused food and service, my client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the business with all generalist HR matters.

I must emphasise this is not a head office-based HR role where you interact with your population through email or a shared service. You will be physically in your businesses 3 out of 5 days per week, partnering with the management team on all operational HR topics (sometimes straying into non-HR related subject!)

Due to my client being an outsourced service provider a strong knowledge of TUPE, restructures and people development is essential.

A HR background within Food & Beverage/Catering/Hospitality/Retail is preferred as this is an organisation which lives, drinks and breathes service.

You are expected to be part or fully qualified CIPD or degree equivalent and must be able to document from personal experience management of the following;

  • Tupe transfer
  • Performance Management
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Discipline and Grievance
  • Employee Engagement
  • Leadership development

As this is a nationwide business travel will form a large part of your role and will involve some nights away from home due to locations.

Driving license is a must

42 hours per week

Monday-Friday

Salary £55,000-£58,000 negotiable + bens

London Based

Due to the nature of my client’s requirements please only apply if you are of a minimum HR Manager level within the hospitality industry
