Your Role as Bar Manager:
- Oversee operations across multiple bars within the venue, ensuring seamless service, especially during high-capacity events & busy periods.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20+ staff, fostering an energetic and positive working environment.
- Handle logistics, from staffing and stock management to scheduling, ensuring everything runs smoothly during shows & intervals.
- Take control of budgeting, stock control, and supply chain management to maximise profitability.
- Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in high-volume environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask under pressure.
- A true passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
