Off To Work 
is looking for their next superstar Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator for our Back of House team in our London office! We place amazing people in amazing places, and we need help to make that happen! Working within this close-knit team, you will provide support in every operational aspect of the department. A Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator ensures that all shifts are fully staffed with an appropriate team and that client expectations are exceeded. 
  
You will learn to successfully manage and develop a client base and become a hiring pro! We are constantly looking out for talent, so advert writing, interviewing and onboarding will become second nature for our next Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator!
  
You will maintain and develop excellent relationships with the casual team, to profile and match candidates to our client’s requirements. Our Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator will be very much involved in staff engagement, development, welfare and retention.  

This role would suit someone who is in a operational role as a chef and would like a change of pace and to learn something new!
 
Minimum requirements 
  • Operational Experience as a Chef/Event Porter/Kitchen Porter is essential
  • Passion and experience in events, customer service, hospitality or direct recruitment 
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and good written English 
  • Confident phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients 
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks
  • There will be a requirement to work longer hours and weekend work and you’ll be required to be on-call with the operations mobile on a rotating schedule - time in lieu.
