£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + commission
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

This is a pivotal role in our expanding business—ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for hospitality and events, and a proven ability to drive results.
We operate across the UK, with key hubs in Birmingham, Oxford, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, and Bristol.
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our bespoke recruitment solutions. You’ll be the face of our brand—passionate about hospitality, committed to excellence, and always putting people first.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow our client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in recruitment or business development.
- A natural people person with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a focus on long-term success.
