Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:
- Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes tailored to each couple’s special day.
- Collaborate on the development of new, seasonal, and bespoke wedding menus that elevate the guest experience.
- Assist in managing kitchen operations during busy wedding services and private events.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety are consistently maintained.
- Play a hands-on role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
- Take part in the exciting journey of our venue’s growth and expansion, contributing ideas, energy, and leadership as we scale.
- A passionate, experienced chef with a love for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Strong background in event or banqueting catering, ideally within weddings or hospitality venues.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
