We’re looking for a motivated Building Services Assistant to become part of our team at a prestigious venue. This is a fixed-term contract role where no two days are the same , perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and being at the heart of the action.
In this role, you’ll be right in the mix of our vibrant events calendar, supporting both internal teams and external clients. From setting up rooms to keeping our AV equipment running smoothly, you’ll help make every event a success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting up and packing down rooms for meetings, conferences, and events
• Assisting with AV equipment to ensure everything runs seamlessly
• Replenishing stock and supplies so the venue is always event-ready
• Acting as a keyholder — opening and closing the venue with confidence
• Supporting a busy, varied calendar of events and activities

The ideal Candidate will have

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in handling practical tasks such as room set-ups and equipment
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility (especially as a keyholder)
• Flexibility to adapt to a busy and varied events schedule
• Previous experience in a venue, facilities, or events support role (desirable but not essential)
