Job Role: Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie for an Education site in Cambridge. You will work in a kitchen team of 7 Chefs catering for around 1400 meals on a daily basis so experience in large sites is essential for this role.
This Chef de Partie role will be covering all sections in the kitchen, so a good all round background would be beneficial. Previous experience in a school setting would be advantageous but other experience can be considered especially with volume catering.
The Chef de Partie will work alongside 3 other Chef de Parties support a Sous Chef, Head Chef and Exec Chef all on site as well. This will be catering for Breakfast, Lunch and dinners and you will work 5/7 day rota. Mainly Monday to Friday but some weekends will be required as well. Mainly shifts will be 7am to 3.30pm but later finishes at 5.30pm may be needed on occasion.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with solid work history who demonstrates good stability in previous roles. We are looking for a Chef who is looking at a long term role who can progress in this kitchen or for the company in other kitchens.
This Chef de Partie role gives a good work / life balance as well as being supported by an Exec Chef / Head Chef and Sous Chef you will have good strength in the kitchen with a lot of the team already being on site around 2-3 years.
