The operation includes a bustling café serving barista coffee, snacks, and light meals, a vibrant terrace space, and a small bar & event area for private functions and internal gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations across a busy café, bar/event space.
- Support & coordinate internal functions and events.
- Drive sales through engaging offers, promotions, and menu ideas.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated front-of-house team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Oversee stock, ordering & budgets to ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Respond quickly & professionally to customer feedback and operational issues.
- Proven management experience in a busy café, coffee shop, grab-and-go, or casual dining setting.
- Confident in high-volume service with strong focus on speed, quality, and consistency.
- Passionate about great food, coffee, and delivering a brilliant customer experience.
- Commercially aware, with a good grasp of budgets, margins, and cost control.
- Excellent people skills—able to engage, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive in finding solutions on the go.
