Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management – Drive profitability, control costs, and optimise revenue streams.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with key partners, clients, and senior figures.
- Team Leadership – Manage and inspire a dedicated team of 20 including 4 HoD and long-standing staff.
- Operational Excellence – Ensure seamless delivery of services, from corporate lunches to large-scale formal events.
- Problem-Solving – Navigate challenges with confidence and adaptability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven managerial experience in high-end hospitality & catering operations in similar setting (heritage sites, private members' club, events venue).
- Gravitas and presence, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable handling operational complexities.
- A passion for hospitality, with a deep understanding of food, service, and event management.
