Job Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Bristol Central

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 + £2.5-£4k tips per year

We are working with a lovely company based in Central Bristol and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to work in this British / European based kitchen. Working in a kitchen team of around 4/5 and catering for between 80-125 covers.
The Chef de Partie will be using fresh seasonal produce and cooking meals to order for lunch and dinner service. You will be working on a 4 on 3 off Rota which gives good work/life balance.
The kitchen is closed on Sundays so you have every Sunday of with the Exception of a couple during the year. Also last orders at 9.30pm mean finishes will not be too late.
This role would suit an existing Chef de Partie or ambitious Commis/Demi Chef looing for a new challenge and If you have a solid work history using fresh produce and have had stability in previous roles then don't delay, send me your CV today.
