Our client is searching for an experienced Chef de Partie, who will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, recipe development, and ensuring that all dishes are cooked to the highest quality standards.

- Base salary up to £26,000, plus service charge.
- 45 hour contract, 5 out of 7 days.

- To run and supervise any kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef.
- To ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service.
- Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced.
- Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods.
- Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently.
- Support head chef in delivering required standard of food safety & hygiene.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times and seek to improve and advance your skill set and performance.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, the Staff Code of Conduct and company policies
The Ideal Candidate ;

- Any hospitality qualification.
- The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of a kitchen.
- A self-starter, able to be highly proactive and forward thinking and to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
- Flexible working hours (Able to work weekends and evenings)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Independently able to travel.
- Naturally passionate about the hospitality industry is essential.
- A clear passion for food, with a desire to progress within the industry
- Need to have a access to a car, as venue is remote and without near public transport near by.
