We are working with a defense site based in Chippenham and looking for a Chef de Partie. This is catering for Breakfast/lunch/Dinner every day and all made fresh so experience of using fresh produce is essential.
This is mainly a Monday to Friday role on a 37.5 hour contract on a rota basis with hours between 6.30am to 7.30pm as earliest and latest finish times. Also around 12 Functions during the year so occasional weekend shifts may be required but will be paid as overtime.
The Chef de Partie position will be working with under a Head Chef and Sous Chef and with 2 other CDP's. You will follow recipe cards and menu plans so experience of this will be beneficial.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is seeking a new stable role or a Commis/Demi Chef who wants to step up. This is a long term role with a stable kitchen.
A DBS Check will be required for this role and we can only consider candidates that have lived in the UK for the last 3 years. Due to the location of this role you will need your own transport.
