Job Role: Chef de Partie

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 + Service

We are working with a lovely restaurant based within a residential complex and looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. You will work in a kitchen team of 4/5 and cater for breakfast 3 days per week, Lunch over 5 days and 3 dinner services. There may be events as well required so Canape's and functions to cater for.
The food offer is modern British / European and all cooked fresh to order each day. You will cover all meal service and be expected to run your section and do ordering as well when needed.
We are looking a competent Chef de Partie with a solid career history looking for a new challenge. This role offers a good starting salary with the bonus of monthly tips as well. If you have worked in high end restaurants and good stability in previous roles this could be the perfect job for you!

This is a 45 hour contract worked over Wed-Sun with Monday and Tuesdays being the days off.
