Job Role: Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday
Location: Hemel Hemstead

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000

A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join this great team based at a site in Hemel Hemstead. This is working in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm, this role requires no evenings or weekends so brings a great work / life balance
The Chef de Partie will work in a small kitchen team of around 3/4 and be catering for between 100-200 on a daily basis. This is a lunch only service and you will help produce a couple of hot main courses, prepare some salads and other grab and go items
Ideally the Chef de Partie will have contract catering experience but we are able to consider chefs from busy hotel/restaurant or event kitchens. You will be able to follow recipe spec sheets and prepare all food from fresh.
