A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a lovely Restaurant in Littlehampton, A strong starting salary of £35,000 - £36,000 based on a 45 hour working week. With the choice a working rota of 4 days on and 3 off or 5 days on and 2 off the Head Chef is flexible to ensure a happy team
You will cook for a 50/60 Cover Restaurant and then int he summer have outside dining as well with max covers at the weekend touching 120/130 so experience in a busy kitchen is essential for this role.
The Chef de Partie will be working in the main restaurant and also on occasion cooking the short order bar menu as well. All food is prepared from fresh up to a very high standard. The kitchen has last orders at 9pm so no really late finishes will be required.
The ideal Chef de Partie fro this role will have experience in a high level / Rosette kitchen and be eager to learn and continue their development. The Head Chef is keen to promote form within and train to up skill chefs.
Working in a kitchen team of 5 Chefs we are looking for an additional chef to join the team as the brigade increase in size. You will cover lunch and dinner service as there is breakfast service but they do already have a breakfast chef to take care of this.
