They are a vibrant and community-focused café/deli, known for their fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, excellent coffee, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Café/Deli Manager to lead the team and take our service to the next level.
The Role:
As our Café/Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, managing a small team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in food safety and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and training
- Monitor inventory and order supplies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen and deli team to update menus and product offerings
- Drive sales and implement marketing ideas to grow the business
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role (café, deli, or hospitality)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- A genuine passion for food, coffee, and customer experience
- Barista experience
