Café/Deli Manager
Monday to Sunday operation (5 out 7 days) - 48 hours per week
£45,000 per annum + tips

We are recruiting for a Cafe/Deli Manager based in the heart of the West End. They are a vibrant and community-focused café/deli, known for their fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, excellent coffee, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Café/Deli Manager to lead the team and take our service to the next level.

The Role:
As our Café/Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, managing a small team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in food safety and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and training
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and deli team to update menus and product offerings
  • Drive sales and implement marketing ideas to grow the business
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role (café, deli, or hospitality)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • A genuine passion for food, coffee, and customer experience
  • Barista experience
