Our client provides bespoke catering solutions to brands operating in the upper echelons of their fields, the business is worth circa £20m turnover and features a mix of retail, events, hospitality, conferencing and fine dining options across various locations in the UK.
We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Account Director to join a prestigious national catering operation. If you are a driven professional with a proven track record of managing multi-million-pound operations, leading large teams across multiple sites, and have a passion for innovation, sustainability, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multi-million-pound catering operations across various locations.
Lead, inspire, and manage large, diverse teams to deliver exceptional service.
Drive forward initiatives focused on innovation, ensuring the highest standards in catering services.
Champion Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, playing a crucial role in advancing our commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
Collaborate closely with clients and senior stakeholders to exceed expectations and achieve business goals.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as Group or Operations Manager or similar senior role within large-scale catering or hospitality sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site operations and large teams.
A strategic thinker with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills to foster a high-performing culture.
A sharp commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
