We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Account Director to join a prestigious national catering operation. If you are a driven professional with a proven track record of managing multi-million-pound operations, leading large teams across multiple sites, and have a passion for innovation, sustainability, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multi-million-pound catering operations across various locations.

  • Lead, inspire, and manage large, diverse teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • Drive forward initiatives focused on innovation, ensuring the highest standards in catering services.

  • Champion Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, playing a crucial role in advancing our commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

  • Collaborate closely with clients and senior stakeholders to exceed expectations and achieve business goals.

  
Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as Group or Operations Manager or similar senior role within large-scale catering or hospitality sectors.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site operations and large teams.

  • A strategic thinker with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to foster a high-performing culture.
