Deputy General Manager

A leading hospitality group operating a successful portfolio of high turnover campuses in Nottinghamshire are seeking a Deputy General Manager to join the senior team within the Education Sector reporting directly into the General Manager.
This role provides you with the autonomy to help manage a large, established team with revenues totalling over £2m turnover.
The role of Deputy General Manager focuses on the commerciality of the school, helping to lead and guide the Managers and team to operate commercially, customer focused with high presentation and operation standards.
With a client population of circa 1,700 on site, you will deliver foodservice across multiple food and drink outlets from café/deli to breakfast, hospitality to VIP evening events.
