Event Sales Manager
High-End Luxury Events Caterers – Multi Sites / Venues
South West London
Salary up to £45,000 DOE + Commission
Monday to Friday | 4 days in-office, 1 day hybrid
  

We’re working with a leading group of high-end catering and hospitality brands, known for delivering exceptional food and unforgettable experiences across London. From intimate private gatherings and weddings to workplace dining and large-scale brand events their work spans some of the capital’s most iconic venues.

  
As they expand, they’re looking for an Event Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive growth across the venue portfolio and events business. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver standout events in some of the most prestigious venues in London and across the UK.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive sales and exceed £1.5m+ annual revenue targets.

  • Lead business development in both commercial and corporate sectors.

  • Secure new catering opportunities and exclusive venue partnerships.

  • Build, nurture, and grow a high-value client base.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on key markets

  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and seasonal pushes.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

  • Prepare and lead proposals, tenders, and high-impact pitch.

  
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in corporate & commercial event sales within hospitality or premium venue catering

  • Have a good deep understanding of the UK wedding market & expectations..

  • Existing network of planners, venues, and luxury clients.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

  • Experience managing pipelines and sales reporting (e.g. via Pipedrive or similar CRM).

  • Confident, well-presented, and commercially astute.

  • A self-motivated team player who thrives in a high-performance environment.
