Contract Catering - B & I Venue
City of London
40 hours/week
Monday-Friday predominantly, 40 hours

Our client, a premier provider of catering and hospitality services to some of London’s top venues, is seeking a talented General Manager to lead their flagship operation. This role offers the chance to oversee a dynamic team of 20+ and manage a prestigious £3 million account.

We are looking for individuals who are innovative and can bring in new ideas and who are enthusiastic about developing with the company as they grow. Success in this role will come from being able to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst motivating and supporting your team in a fast-paced environment.

The role is diverse and will include all aspects of venue management; key responsibilities focus on overseeing all operational duties, ensuring excellence in all areas from the busy Restaurant & Bar outlets to Hospitality, Conference & Events operations, catering for both corporate, commercial clients.
  

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive exceptional customer service while motivating and supporting your team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the operations team, serving as a role model and engaging staff across all levels, fostering alignment around company goals and values.

  • Partner with three Heads of Department to strengthen an already high-performing team.

  • Manage all financial aspects of the contract, balancing client expectations with company objectives and identifying opportunities for growth.

  
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking an innovative leader with a background in high-end events or conference venue management, particularly within catering.
