Lead the mobilisation of one of the UK’s most ambitious workplace food & beverage transformations.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations or Mobilisation Manager to take full ownership of a major food & beverage mobilisation across a large, high-profile workplace estate. This is a rare opportunity to shape the launch and transformation of a multi‑format F&B offer, covering employee dining, cafés, retail, vending, hospitality, fine dining and events.

This isn’t a traditional project role — it’s hands-on operational leadership at the heart of a fast-paced mobilisation where the goal is simple: ensure every outlet, experience and service goes live smoothly, safely and ready to perform from day one.

The role

  • You’ll be the driving force behind the mobilisation of a new, modern and scalable F&B portfolio including the opening of a flagship workplace destination and the transition of multiple service lines into new operating models.

  • From kitchen readiness and compliance checks to menu deployment, supplier onboarding, testing technology, stocking retail units and preparing front-of-house teams — you will make sure every detail is aligned for a confident launch.

  • You’ll work closely with culinary, retail, hospitality and operational teams, alongside senior client stakeholders and supply partners, to deliver seamless service transitions and strong handovers.

  • Overseeing go-live planning, service testing, soft launches and early‑life support

  • Coordinating suppliers, contractors, chefs, front‑of‑house managers and central support teams

  • Embedding safety, food compliance and governance standards from day one

  • Ensuring technology, EPOS, stock management and service systems are implemented and functional

  • Managing the transition away from legacy or interim processes and supporting teams into new operating models

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in CORPORATE CONTRACT CATERING AND MOBILISATIONS ESSENTIAL

  • Deep understanding of food operations, safety compliance and live‑environment delivery

  • A calm, structured and solutions-focused approach during intense periods of activity

  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
