Job Role: Head Kitchen Porter / Goods Receiver

Salary: £29,649 for 40 Hour Contract OT Paid at £18/Hour
We are working with a very high end Events company based in South West London looking for a Head Kitchen Porter / Goods Receiver
Benefits -
We are looking for a Head Porter to lead a team of 2 other KP's. This role is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 6am to 2.30pm. Weekend work may be required and is paid at £18/Hour!
ROLE AND DUTIES
Responsible for receiving goods, packing of kitchen equipment & supervision of the
overall cleanliness of the kitchen and back of house spaces.
Including but not exclusive to the following specific requirements:
1. Receiving & checking in food deliveries
2. Packing of Kitchen Equipment for offsite events
3. Supervision of the kitchen porter team
4. Maintenance
The Head Porter will need good communication skills to be able to take in deliveries and liaise with drivers. You will need good written English as well to make a note of deliveries and place orders. There is a lot of lifting for this role so you will need to be physically fit and able to move goods from vans to the kitchen and store away.
If you are an Experienced Porter / Goods Receiver then please get in touch as this role is available immediately! You must be able to travel to SW London for a 6am start as well.
