We’re looking for an energetic Deputy Manager / Front of House Manager to support the running of a vibrant media workplace in South London (Bromley / Orpington).
This role is all about leading from the front — setting the tone for brilliant service, driving high standards across the restaurant and hospitality areas, and being a trusted number two to the General Manager.

We’re looking for an energetic Deputy Manager / Front of House Manager to support the running of a vibrant media workplace in South London (Bromley / Orpington).
This role is all about leading from the front — setting the tone for brilliant service, driving high standards across the restaurant and hospitality areas, and being a trusted number two to the General Manager.
The role
- Supporting a predominantly Mon-Fri operation but with 7‑day opening a set number of weekends per year
- Leading daily Front of House service in a busy staff restaurant
- Hosting and coordinating hospitality and VIP events
- Acting as the on‑the‑ground lead to ensure smooth, consistent operations
- Coaching and motivating the team with a positive, hands-on presence
- Strong B&I experience — essential
- Confident managing Front of House teams in a busy, multi‑service environment
- Experience delivering hospitality or events
- Approachable, energetic and operationally focused
- Ideally a driver, due to the site location
- £36,000 – £38,000 salary
