Job Role: Sous Chef - Monday to Friday
Location: Cambridge - Central Location

Salary: £31,000 - £32,000

A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in Central Cambridge. This is working purely in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm.
The Sous Chef will work in a small team of Head Chef, FOH Supervisor, Kitchen assistant and KP so prepare food for between 100-250 on a daily basis, This is to prepare 2 hot main course options and prepare composite salads as well as preparing for the grab and go section. There may be buffets and canapes on occasion as well.
Menu's are centrally produced so you will follow spec sheets to ensure dishes are prepared to high quality and have continuous consistency. The Sous Chef will need good orgainsational skills as you will be preparing food for 2 sites so timings are crucial to the smooth running of the operation
