Job Role: Sous Chef

Salary: £28,000 - Monday to Thursday Only! (£35k Full time equivalent Salary)

We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a leading Contract Catering company for a site based in Hertfordshire working Monday to Thursday only with daytime hours 7am start and finish 3.30pm

This Sous Chef role is to support the Catering Manager on site on site in managing the kitchen, you will produce around 40-60 covers for lunch as well as a breakfast service. Previous Contract Catering experience is beneficial for this role.
You will start with a breakfast offer and then prepare 2 dishes for lunch, a soup and some basic cakes all cooked from fresh. The Chef will need to do the orders and stock takes and be in chare of all H&S procedures.
