Job Role: Sous Chef

Salary: £38,000 - £39,000 + Service Charge

We are working with a lovely restaurant based in East London near to Stratford and searching for a Sous Chef to join the team. This will be a kitchen team of around 5/6 working under a passionate and supportive Head Chef. The whole management team has a great attitude and want to create a happy working environment and work together as 1 team
The kitchen is currently open for Breakfast and Lunch 7 days per week. You will work 45 hours per week with 2 days off together. Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work most weekends but presently no evening shifts are required.
The food offer is modern British / European and all cooked fresh to order each day. You will cover all meal service and be expected to run your section and do ordering as well when needed. Catering for up to 50 covers inside and then up to 50 covers outside weather permitting.
We are looking a competent Sous Chef with a solid career history looking for a new challenge. This role offers a good starting salary with the bonus of monthly tips as well. If you have worked in high end restaurants and good stability in previous roles this could be the perfect job for you!
