Job Role: Sous Chef - Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in Hemel Hempstead. This is working in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm, this role requires no evenings or weekends so brings a great work / life balance
The Sous Chef will work in a small kitchen team of around 3/4 and be catering for between 100-200 on a daily basis. This is a lunch only service and you will help produce a couple of hot main courses, prepare some salads and other grab and go items
The Sous Chef will also have to deputise for the Manager when they are away so will need to do ordering, stock takes, other paperwork as required so some experience of this is required.
Ideally the Sous Chef will have contract catering experience but we are able to consider chefs from busy hotel/restaurant or event kitchens. You will be able to follow recipe spec sheets and prepare all food from fresh.
