We’re expanding our UK-wide operations and are looking for a passionate Recruitment & Client Account Manager to join our team.
The role
As a Recruitment & Client Account Manager you'll lead, connect, and inspire! Most of all you’ll have the opportunity to combine remote work with office-based collaboration, leading exciting projects while managing our key client accounts and recruitment processes to bring the best talent to schools, universities, and educational organisations UK-wide.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum (DOE), plus an attractive commission structure.

- Oversee your key client accounts within the education sector, ensuring seamless support and service delivery.
- Manage your recruitment process from candidate sourcing and interviewing to placement, ensuring both clients and candidates receive top-notch service.
- Collaborate with the team to drive recruitment strategies that meet & exceed client expectations, contributing to our division’s growth.

The Ideal Candidate is a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail, high standards, and an insatiable drive to succeed.
- Proven Experience: Either in recruitment or as a manager in the Catering & Hospitality sector, ideally within the educational environment.
- Ability to nurture and expand client relationships, delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and can bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to oversee the recruitment lifecycle meticulously.
- Managerial Experience – particularly in the Catering & Hospitality sector within an educational setting will be an advantage
- A proactive approach to building and sustaining client relationships.
