Key Responsibilities for Event Manager
- Lead the planning and execution of premium events from concept through to on-site delivery.
- Collaborate with in-house departments to ensure flawless service and execution.
- Manage large event budgets while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, venues, and contractors.
- Uphold the brand’s high standards and ensure every detail reflects luxury and excellence.
- Provide support on wider team projects when needed and promote best practices.
- Proven experience in event management, ideally within the catering or hospitality sector.
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
- A passion for luxury, fashion, fine food, and high-end experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
