Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple food outlets including restaurants, cafés, and event spaces
- Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Develop and deliver strategic business plans to enhance guest experience and commercial results
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and team development
- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, service, and compliance
- Deliver growth through creative marketing and event-led initiatives
- Act as a cultural ambassador, creating a positive and inclusive workplace
- Inspire teams to deliver consistently high performance across all outlet operations
About You
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within multi-unit commercial hospitality or contract catering – this experience is essential
- Proven background managing complex, high-volume F&B operations with varied formats (restaurants, grab-and-go, events, etc.)
- Strong financial and commercial capability with experience managing full budgets and KPIs
- A confident, visible leader with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about food, service excellence, and guest experience
- Strategic thinker who can translate plans into operational success
- Calm under pressure and confident in client-facing environments
