Exciting Opportunity: VIP Events Hotel Bar Manager Position Available

As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our upscale bar operations during late hours of this prestigious Events based hotel. This includes managing a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere conducive to luxury entertainment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff to deliver unparalleled service excellence.
  • Curate and execute innovative beverage programs tailored to our VIP clientele's preferences.
  • Maintain inventory levels, control costs, and optimize profitability while upholding quality standards.
  • Foster relationships with VIP guests, ensuring their needs are consistently exceeded.
  • Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast paced bar
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on VIP guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work late-night shifts and weekends as required.
