Job Role: Sous Chef - Hospitality and Fine Dining Kitchen
Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £38,000 + Paid Overtime after 40 Hours

We are working with a great Catering company and looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. This is working in a busy hospitality and Fine Dining Kitchen. This is a Monday to Friday role so you have all weekends off. You will also have the opportunity to take on paid overtime hours as well regularly.
This is a 40 Hour contract with hours main 7.00am to 3.30pm, Working in a team of around 5 chefs and reporting in into the Hospitality Head Chef. You will be involved in menu design and helping with the hospitality brochure
Using the freshest and highest quality ingredients you will be doing Fine Dining Lunches and dinners and catering for events, so Canapes, Buffets and Bowl Food.
We are looking for either Contract Catering Chefs who have worked in Fine Dining kitchens or restaurant chefs who have cooked to Rosette or Michelin standard who may want a better work / life balance and have all your weekends off.
