Off To Work have a hugely exciting new division in our business where it is possible for you to collaborate with the entire spectrum of our client base. From working behind a mobile Coffee cart in the O2 arena one week to crafting the perfect flat white for royalty the next, each week is different. You set the geographical location you can work within and we match you to our clients. This is not a ‘temp’ job, you will be part of the OTW home team and be vital in growing our client reach in 2024.
We are looking for a Barista who has more than a passion for great coffee, you need to literally have it running through your veins! You should be motivated by teamwork and willing to help others. With no day being the same, you must be adaptable and positive to deliver specialty coffee whilst maintaining high standards.
It goes without saying that you must know how to collaborate a grinder and have worked on traditional machines previously. Latte art although not essential is a big plus
Our Barista's are the face of our business, your friendly approach and willingness to provide a fantastic service at all times is what makes you an integral part of our team.

What would we like from our Barista?
- Customer Service experience
- Barista experience
- Knowledge of Traditional Machines
- Strong communication skills
- Numerate, counting cash will be required
- Good organisation skills
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
