Event Caterer
East London
Salary up to £35,000 - DoE

30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
5 days over 7 including occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Warehouse Operations: Ensure the smooth event logistics planning and dispatch processes
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, including equipment, supplies, and perishables, ensuring accurate records and optimal stock levels.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and execute the packing and dispatch of equipment and goods for events, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot logistical challenges and implement effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is checked, cleaned, and maintained to the highest standard.
  
About You:

UK driving licence is essential / an advantage.
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the catering or events industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and basic IT skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
