Monday to Friday only

Join the UK’s leading contract caterer as a Catering General Manager at this prestigious B&I site in the heart of Leeds!  
  
An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Catering General Manager to join one of the UK's largest independent fresh food contract catering company, with an excellent reputation for bringing innovative catering solutions to a wide range of Business.
  
As a standards driven, quality and service focused Catering Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and lead the catering team (circa 12 people), overseeing the Coffee Shop, Staff Dining, and Hospitality & Events services.
  
The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and be able to communicate at all levels and be expected to meet and exceed customer needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.
  

Principal accountabilities:
  • Plan, lead and execute the smooth delivery of all operations within the site & ensure the highest levels of customer service at all time.
  • Deliver all financial aspects of the contract for both client and company whilst driving the current business and developing opportunities.
  • Demonstrating full alignment with the client vision and values by consistently doing the right things and celebrating successes.
  • You will have full ownership to recruit, manage, train, motivate and appraise staff to promote a fantastic working environment.
  • Proactively make suggestions regarding innovation in food offerings, lead and contribute to an excellent client experience.

 You will have and be:
  • Previous similar within Contract Catering / corporate environment.
  • Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management.
  • Great leadership skills and mountains of personality in leading teams to success, motivating and coaching others
  • A genuine understanding of modern innovative food concepts and excellent levels of service
  • Someone who think outside the box and bring creativity.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-first mindset.
