Job Role: Coffee Shop Manager

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 starting salary

We are working with a lovely new independent deli / restaurant in the lovely Cotswold's. We are looking for a Coffee Shop / Deli Manager to join the team
The Manager will work 45 Hours per week on a rota basis. The shifts will be around 8am to 6pm and you will work 9 hour shifts with a break. The location will be open 7 days per week and you will work 5 days with 2 days off. During the busy summer tourist season you will be required to work most weekends and then in the off season you will get more flexible working times.
The Manager role is very hands on as you will lead a small team of around 3/4 staff, you will help to make coffee's to order so will need to be fully barista trained. There will be some food prep needed to help make sandwiches /wraps / panini's and salads as well.
This role will suit someone with previous management experience from either independent retail coffee shops, branded shops or other hands on positions where you have shown excellent customer service and driven and motivated a small team.
