Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
Salary : £40,000 + Bonus & Commission
My client is a vibrant Event Caterer hosting a variety of corporate and private events across spaces with limitless possibilities. As a result of continued growth, we have been instructed to assist in the recruitment of an Event Sales Manager.
The Event Sales Manager will manage the sales process from beginning to end as the first point of contact for all enquiries and will help each client through the initial stages of their enquiry, ensure that correspondence is carefully and thoroughly managed and that the expectations of the client are met at each stage of the sales process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven events professional with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-profile events to play a key role in developing new business, mentoring the events team, and building strong venue partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive proactive and reactive sales in line with revenue targets.
Lead planning and delivery of luxury, high-profile events
Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships
Collaborate with venues, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Manage budgets with a focus on commercial success and creative excellence
Maintain effective use of CRM systems for planning and reporting
Contribute to innovative event concepts and solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality or events venue setting.
Strong sales focus with the ability to drive revenue growth
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
