We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Hospitality & Events Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of hospitality and events at a busy, central London venue. This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for a strong operational leader with a passion for service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast-paced event operations.
  
As the Hospitality & Event Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational execution of hospitality services, including staffing, event set-up, service delivery, and ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards. You will work closely with the culinary team, internal departments, and external suppliers to ensure all events run smoothly and to the highest standard.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, operations-focused hospitality leader to take charge of day-to-day event delivery at a prestigious London venue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational delivery of hospitality services and events, from set-up to breakdown.

  • Manage front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, professional service across all events.

  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure menus are executed effectively, with a focus on quality and dietary requirements.

  • Act as the senior point of contact during events, resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.

  • Deliver high-profile fine dining and hospitality functions with confidence and precision.

  • Maintain accurate administrative and operational records (rotas, stock controls…etc).

  • Support team training and development to ensure consistent service standards.

  
Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality and events operations management role.

  • Strong background in operational logistics, staffing, and service delivery.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confident managing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance procedures.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

  • Comfortable with stock control, ordering, and managing resources.

  • Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
